SolleaNails Commitment to Your Satisfaction

At SolleaNails, we are committed to providing premium press-on nails that bring beauty, confidence, and convenience to your everyday style. We believe in the quality of our products and encourage you to try them for at least 14 days to experience their full benefits. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at sallessolea@gmail.com to initiate the process.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, your order may already be in processing and cannot be modified. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

• To expedite your return, please provide your Order Number or the Name and Email Address used at checkout.

• Contact us directly at sallessolea@gmail.com to begin the return process.

Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging our products. An item is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Packaging damage (such as dented boxes) with the product intact is not considered damage.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing sallessolea@gmail.com with a clear photo of the damage. If eligible, we will provide a replacement at no cost. We do not accept returns or refunds for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver orders promptly, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. For delivery issues, please contact the courier directly. We are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not notified within 24 hours, you will not be entitled to a resend or refund.
