Shipping Information
At SolleaNails, we are proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders over 45 USD (or equivalent in other currencies). For orders below this threshold, standard shipping rates will apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Order Processing Times
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to our shipping carrier and is in transit to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service. General estimates are:

Please note: During peak times or holidays, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International shipments may also face customs delays, which can extend delivery times.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellations.
If our system detects an address issue, our support team will email you within 3 business days to verify details. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at sallessolea@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee modifications after this timeframe.
Delayed Delivery
We strive to ship orders promptly, but delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, or customs clearance. SolleaNails is not liable for delays caused by external factors, and exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We will, however, keep you updated and assist wherever possible.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the courier, it is beyond our control. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at sallessolea@gmail.com.
We recommend filing a claim directly with the courier company. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf. Please note: SolleaNails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit, and these cases fall outside of our refund policy. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement.

SolleaNails reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Customers are responsible for reviewing the most recent version before making a purchase.
